Returns: We can only accept returns with prior authorization from our
sales department . Any merchandise returned without a valid RA number will
be rejected by our receiving department. To return a product, you must
have an RA . Please email or call us with full details as to why you want to
make Your Return. Send the email to theaudiovideosource.com and we will
Respond as quickly as possible. Returns Must Meet the following Criteria:
Please be advised if your returned product does not match all applicable
criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and
returned back to you. Our arrangements with our suppliers and
manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions. All returns must be
shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. All returns must include
tracking numbers and insurance to insure the products safety. We also
suggest you double box for extra protection from damage.
Returns Must be Complete. All returns must include the following: Original
packaging (unopened manufacturer box, Styrofoam, plastic bags,
unregistered warranties, etc.) All Returns That are being Returned are
Subject to a Minimum of a 25% Restocking Fee and May vary up to 35%
Depending on the Reason for the Return. Original packing/invoice slip. All
returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all
original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition.
Shipping expenses are not refundable. Return shipping for returned items
are the customer's responsibility. We do not issue call tags on any orders
that have been shipped. We do not reimburse for any shipping cost
incurred by the customer for returning or exchanging an item.
Shipping: All shipping will be via UPS ground unless otherwise arranged.
We can only ship within the continental US and Canada.
Ship times: Want to know how fast you can get your purchase? If you
order by 2:00 pm most days it will ship the same day (no we do not ship on
week ends) So when will you receive it? Just add the day it ships to the UPS
chart below!
